Signs your child needs a creative pause
Between school, screens, tuition and a busy family life, there's very little room left for slow, happy, hands-on play. Tap the ones that sound like your child.
What parents tell us they notice
An hour of slow, absorbing focus. No screens, no rush, just colour and breath.
"I made this!" The pride of finishing a real painting, all by themselves.
Patience and attention that grow quietly, one brushstroke at a time.
A warm, patient teacher who celebrates every child. No marks, no pressure.

What's actually happening
Children spend their days in two modes. One consumes: scrolling, swiping, watching. The other creates: slow, messy, imaginative and calm. Screens train the first. Painting brings back the second.
"Children don't need more rules or marks. They need one gentle task for their hands — colour, water, brush — and a grown-up who believes in them. An hour later they hold up their painting and say: Look what I made!"
— Anisha Tharakan, founder of Anisha's Art AcademyOne hour this weekend. A habit that can last a lifetime.
The method behind 1,000+ students
The PAINT Method isn't about talent. It's a gentle, step-by-step path that any child can follow and enjoy, even on their very first try.
No marks, no "wrong". Children are free to experiment, so they relax and start enjoying it straight away.
Kids learn to notice light, colour and shapes around them, a skill that helps far beyond art.
Sky first, then shapes, then a few details. One easy step at a time, so no child feels lost.
Slow strokes and gentle breathing help busy minds settle. This is where the calm comes from.
A 20-minute painting time at home, a few times a week. A happy, screen-free habit for the whole family.

Meet your child's teacher
"Every child I teach already has an artist inside. My job is simply to help them believe it."
Anisha is an Abu Dhabi–based artist and art educator, and the founder of Anisha's Art Academy. She grew up in [town], Kerala, where colours were her favourite language as a child.
Today she teaches children and adults in 5 countries, from the US and Canada to the UAE, UK and India. Parents choose her for one reason: kids feel safe, seen and capable in her classes.
Her sessions are calm, warm and patient. There's no shouting over a crowded room and no "that's wrong". Every child gets encouragement, simple steps and the joy of finishing something beautiful.
She has spent [X] years helping children (and their parents) discover how calming and confidence-building painting can be.
